Mihnea has over 18 years of experience in technology and business development. Prior to starting JUNO Software, Mihnea worked for Deutsche Telekom’s subsidiary in Romania where he was instrumental in building and managing service layer architecture and development. At JUNO Software, Mihnea leads strategy, business development and partnerships, while keeping a personal involvement in all customer projects.
Mihnea holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from University of Bucharest and an MSc degree in Telecommunication Networks from “Politehnica” University of Bucharest.

With 20 years of telecoms experience, Ian was one of the first to blog on what comes after 5G (6G) back in 2014. His work and interests span a broad range of topics in the software and mobile space. Core networks, OSS/BSS applications and device apps are just a few examples, supporting operators as they transition to digital, IT and cloud services and is now an established GSMA GloMO awards judge.
Ian is well known within the alternative mobile providers within the industry who aim to differentiate and innovate and leverages market and technology insights and developments to affect growth as well as success for stakeholders.
