We know what we are doing as we have engineered carrier grade telecom platforms for almost two decades (Deutsche Telekom, OpenCloud, Telstra) and are developing our own Restcomm based solutions inhouse.
Our clients are Communication Service Providers as well as small and medium-sized Independent Software Vendors.
We are based in Romania, but operating globally through a network of well established and trusted Restcomm experts. From these locations, we serve our clients who are spread on five continents.

Mihnea Teodorescu
CEO & Founder, Senior Consultant
Mihnea has over 18 years of experience in technology and business development. Prior to starting JUNO Software, Mihnea worked for Deutsche Telekom’s subsidiary in Romania where he was instrumental in building and managing service layer architecture and development. At JUNO Software, Mihnea leads strategy, business development and partnerships, while keeping a personal involvement in all customer projects.
Mihnea holds a BSc degree in Computer Science from University of Bucharest and an MSc degree in Telecommunication Networks from “Politehnica” University of Bucharest.
Warren Crossing
CTO, Senior Consultant
Warren is a polyglot full stack developer (Java and Javascript) and certified architect (TOGAF) from Sydney Australia. He has a diverse and extensive background in research and development (Newtec, NEC), product-line engineering (Opencloud), technical consulting and architecture governance (MTN, Telstra).
He enjoys abstract problem solving, static analysis and writing micro services and development tools.
Using paradigms like Service Oriented Architecture, Test Driven Design, Mobile-first and Event Driven Applications.
He has been involved in open source projects, start-ups (Opencloud), commercial prototypes (T-Mobile), and enterprise digital transformations across Europe and Asia/Pacific.
